3 problems were found within yesterday U/S

I'm 6W6D pregnant, and I was freaked out yesterday when I had done my U/S because the tech found out 3 problems :

1- she found 2 GS but one of them is empty.
2- she found Rt adnexal cyst with size 3.4*2.96 cm
3- she found minimal subchorionic hematoma with size 0.8*1.36 cm cm

I'm so worry as I had done 2 miscarriage before, any one can help ???

I'm sorry you're going through this.  I know how scary it is.  I had an US last week with the same thing (minus the cyst) but I was at 6 weeks. They told me to come back in a week to find out what's going on but to be warned that I might miscarry in the meantime or everything could be fine, only time would tell. My understanding is that losing a twin this early is not that dangerous because your body usually just reabsorbs it and it's not a risk to the other baby. SCHs are really common too, though they're scary with all the bleeding they can cause.  Have you had any bleeding?  You might want to do a search here for SCH because lots of women have had them and most go on to have healthy babies.

 What did your doctor tell you? Are you going back in for another ultrasound soon?  I know the waiting is so hard but try to rest and not stress out too much. (I have to admit I've done a miserable job of doing this but YOU should try!)  Everything really could be okay.

For me, No bleeding till now

and doctor said : the empty sac will be absobed by the body and this is called the vanishing twins.

but about the other 2 problems, doctor asked me to follow up after 2 weeks to make another US to check if the size of cyst and CSH will be reduced or not

At 5w3d I too had cysts and a subchorionic bleed. Two 1cm cysts on my right ovary and a 3.5cm cyst on my left ovary. I am not sure the size of the bleed but it was larger than the gestational sac. I was told one of 3 things will happen with the bleed, 1) my body will discharge (spotting) 2) my body will absorb 3)my body will both discharge and absorb. I was also told that they do not start to worry about cysts until they are at 4cm. I had a follow-up ultrasound 2 weeks later at 7w3d and the cysts were all still there and the 3.5 had shrunk to 2.5cm and the bleed was only 1/3 of the size it was 2 weeks prior. I had no spotting, so they assume my body is absorbing.

I know exactly how you feel. I have had 4 prior miscarriages and the thought of blood in early pregnancy just freaks me out. Here I am 8w6d and still no spotting.  

Good luck to you and try not to read about bleeds, I was also told that 1/2 the info you find on the web are worst case scenarios and not worth looking at. A bleed is usually from implantation, when the fertilized egg "irritates" blood vessels or just the lining...good luck momma, hang in there!

I too have cysts but they say it's from the fertility drugs. One or two were over 4 cm, they just told me not to do anything that would make me bounce like exercise or intercourse to avoid a torsion. A torsion WILL NOT hurt the baby (ies in my case), but are very unpleasant. They want to keep an eye on the cysts and make sure they are diminishing on their own.
