So I recently took the plunge and bought a zojirushi supreme bread machine.  I LOVE it... its so nice and easy to set up and have fresh bread.  I bought it primarily so I could make sandwich bread... and while I haven't made a bad loaf (non-dairy, whole wheat) I haven't made a loaf I love yet.  So... anyone have a great sandwich loaf recipe they want to share?

 

Also... I need to find a burger bun recipe I can use.  I haven't even tried that yet -- no clue how to start that one actually.  We do egg sandwiches on rolls, and veggie burgers so if you have something that works for something like that... can you share too?  Then I can stop running to the market cause we're out of bread... woohoo!!

(And, any other fun recipes you want to share... i LOVE experimenting.  Although, I tried for cinnamon raisin bread and the raisins all stuck to the outside of the bread... not sure why - the kids were less than pleased at that one, but they still ate most of the loaf...)

 

(My fave recipe so far, although not quite right -- it makes too small a loaf:

1 c water

1/8 c almond milk

1/3 c honey

1 1/2 tbsp coconut oil

3 c white whole wheat flour

1 1/2 tsp salt

2 tsp yeast

)
