New edition of Sears's "The Vaccine Book"

Has anyone read the new edition of The Vaccine Book by Dr. Sears? I have the older copy that I bought last year and I want to know if it's worth it to buy the new one (there aren't any bookstores near me that sell it, so I can't just look through it myself).

I am using a modified version of his delayed schedule and I heard that he has updated this and maybe added a few new versions (not sure if this is correct, just what I heard). That's what I'm mostly interested in.
