Thanks everyone! Â I think we're going to do water, iced and hot tea, and cider. Â Thanks!
Â
And I'm not going to do the bunnies... but will contemplate the veggie straws and probably will do pita chips along with pitas (I love baking pitas!).

OP your cucumber sandwiches are gorgeous. I don't like cucumbers but I'd at least try those because they are so pretty and appealing. One of our twins loves cucumbers; the other won't touch them. They both loved spinach-artichoke dip when they were younger but have gotten pickier lately. They are 4yo.
Cider, teas and water sound fine to me.
I think you're fine with what you suggested in the beginning.
I'm revisiting this, some older children are coming as well. Â I had decided to do:
Â
-Tea (sweet & unsweet)
-Water
-Orange Punch from the PP's comment
Â
-Hummus & pita
-Fruit Salad (but will be served w/ the cake)
-Broccoli & carrots w/ ranch dip
-PB&J Sandwiches cut with a cookie cutter on a platter
-Cucumber Sandwiches cut the same
-Turkey & cheese sandwiches the same
-Cheese ball with crackers
-Kolacky cookies

However, I'm feeling like I need more ideas... Anyone have a good bean dip recipe? Â I think the kids will be ok- busy playing and whatnot. Â But I'm thinking the adults would like more to snack on. Â Cheap is good, btw ;)
Something I did for my daughter's party that was a huge hit was a hummus "layered dip" - kind of like the Mexican ones, but Greek-inspired - 2 kinds of hummus, green onions, tomatoes, olives - we don't eat dairy, but the recipe I got the idea from also had a Greek yogurt layer and was topped with crumbled feta.
