Am I the only same-sex partnered Mama here?
DP and I have been together for 10+ years. We have an almost three year old, who I birthed, and I am pregnant again. DP intends to carry our 3rd bub.

I am not a same-sex partnered momma, but I just wanted to say CONGRATS on being pregnant again.  :) Also, that is so cool that your partner wants to carry the next bub after this one - I really wish that my spouse and I could share the experience in that way!  That's got to be really amazing for the both of you.

Yes- that is absoultely AMAZING that you can both share in carrying and birthing your babies!  I SO wish I could share that with my husband.  I was comfortable being "done" but he wanted another baby and I always told him if we had another one it would be "his", lol.  Congrats on your new little one!  :)

Interesting that you all feel jealous - I'm already wildly jealous that DP will one day be pregnant and birth a babe. Birth is MY thing, y'know? I'm a doula and student midwife... She doesn't get the birth thing at all.

That said, I said to her last night that she could remind me of these early nauseous, exhausted days if I ever tried to convince her to let me have number 3!!
