Hey guys,
Â
We are in the process of enrolling DS for kindergarten next year in NJ, and I need to submit all the paperwork next week. We vaxed selective/delayed and one vax we omitted entirely is HepB. So far we've not had a problem when we enrolled him in preschool - we just had his ped print out his vax record and no one questioned why he had some vaccinations missing or some doses missing. But I'm guessing for school it's going to be different. NJ doesn't require that we give him all the AAP recommended vaccines, so we're good for all but HepB. All the info I'm finding for NJ is parents who chose not to vax at all. Will NJ accept my claim that my religion prohibits me from giving HepB? Does anyone have any experience with this?

Thanks for any info/help/advice you can send my way!
