If I buy this, does it include ALL of those patterns in one book? If so, that is an AMAZING value!

Yup, all the patterns are included (but they're printed in different colours on top of each other, so you have to retrace them and no seam allowances are included so you have to add your own). It really is a tremendous value.

Just wanted to mention that I think this is for pretty advanced sewers. It's actually a magazine/periodical. Although my latest issue (my last issue was from a year ago) had a separate page with more directions in it, including diagrams that would be useful for more beginning sewers, the instructions for constructing are minimal (and assume a lot of knowledge), you have to add your seam allowances, etc.

That said, they're fantastic! Love 'em.
