Me and my pup out for a walk this past weekend, just before TS Debby came to town!  Almost 31 weeks.

I guess the upside of having a huge twin stomach- it suddenly makes the rest of me look really skinny ..

Is anyone else getting the "you're ready to pop any day now, right?" comments? I've gotten numerous in the past week and it's getting a little old. It usually happens while I'm waiting in line at the grocery store. Ugh - I have until August, people! I mean, all of my weight is in my belly and boobs....of course I look big!

Ive been getting those comments for about a month now..

Yeah, I got a few of the "So, when's this baby due?"  When I say August they shift their gaze and change the subject.  I'm short, so everything is just sticking straight out.

We had our first comments this weekend. DH thinks its so odd that people just walk up and start talking to you as if they know you. Hah. He's said its like the belly is a universal sign that we're part of the club. A sweet older man was asking us about the baby and wished us all the best and plenty more. So nice but the word 'plenty' made me a bit nervous. Lol.

Yeah, I've been getting them for a good month, too.

LOL I remember when that stage hit when I was pregnant with my first, it was hilarious how complete strangers would just start a conversation!

I may have shocked our postmistress today, I guess she didn't realize I was expecting - and being a small rural community, she usually knows EVERYTHING.

Ericaf, lakeruby, ithappened, Thandiwe, FeralFox--you all look fabulous!

I haven't had any of the "you're due any day now, right?" comments yet. I've only had a few strangers approach me at this point, and mostly it's all been positive. However, I'm getting sick of hearing, "Get lots of sleep now!" Yeah, I know I'll barely be sleeping when the baby comes. But what am I supposed to do about it? You can't exactly stock up on sleep. And it's not like I'm sleeping that great these days anyway, so...

sarahdb: Seriously. I can't STAND the sleep comments either. I ran into a friend last night and she asked how I was sleeping, and luckily for me... I've been sleeping like a log. But then she said, "You're lucky. I didn't sleep at all at the end of my pregnancy... and you won't ever again either." Mmmmmmmmmmmm. Thanks. Also took some pics of the babies nursery and posted them on my fb. One pic is of part of my cloth diaper stash in a basket that my hubby took. Someone commented that "most daycares won't take them because they're unsanitary for other kids" Really? REALLY?? Why do people just have verbal diarhrea when you're pregnant. WHY. irked.gif

Wooohhoo!!  You all look so great!!!

Here's me and my babies, at 35 weeks!  This is pretty much how I spent all of yesterday (languishing on the couch in the heat)..... I've been soaking up my last weeks cuddling my babydog and spoiling him while I still can!

aww, joy, your Boston is sooo cute. Have only had Boston's my whole life. What are you wearing? It's super cute!

Love your Boston babydog love.gif

Thx poppylove and Sol!  He is totally my BABY and I'm actually sad to think about how much less time and energy I'll have for him soon... I love to love him and it blows my mind that Baby Boy could surpass his awesomeness (do I have that much room in my heart???)

I'm actually just wearing a nightgown in the pic - I picked up a few in this/similar styles at Marshall's which works perfectly as a "house dress" during the hot weather.  It's a nice stretchy knit fabric (and it's not maternity).... This is all I've been wearing lately (since I'm home most of the time!)

Cute bellies, everyone!

I love your shirt, Feral.

Thandiwe, your picture reminded me of your FB post about your skirt getting tucked up and your kids not letting you know.  That seems like something that would happen to me.

NewMum, love the pic of you and your babies!
