18/19 month sleep regression

How long does it last?????  We have been in it now for several weeks, my dd is 19 months old.  She'll be 20 months on Christmas.  I AM SO TIRED.  Please tell me it will be over soon.  Anyone BTDT?  Virtual hugs or words of wisdom/encouragement?  Please?  Anyone else going thru this?  Tell me I am not alone!

It lasted about a month in our house...and once we were through it, things got WAY better than they'd ever been.  So hang in there!  I hope the other side of it comes soon!

There is an 18 month sleep regression?? Maybe this is what is going on in our house (not that we ever had a sleeper on our hands).
