Hi, Experienced Moms. Â My 4.5 Yr old wear pull ups at night while sleeping and wets the bed almost every night. Â We have tried the standard "fixes" of limiting fluids before bedtime. Â I hate to wake her up in the night to take her to the bathroom, as she is such a good sleeper. Â Any suggestions or advice on how to get her to stop wetting overnight? Â I'm tired of having to do laundry of her pajamas and bedding every day! Â Thanks in advance for your responses.

Buy the "Goodnights" for older kids (once they hit the BOTTOM weight on the next size up, they need to move up a size, in my experience), or invest in some good cloth ones that allow you to add an extra insert (diaper doubler) to absorb extra urine. Motherease and Drymids make some.
Â
then wait for your child to outgrow it. It's mostly biological, and there's just not much you can do.
I'll just second Lynn. It is biological. We actually produce a hormone that decreases our urine output at night, when that happen varies WIDELY from child to child. Until that happens you can do all those other things, but it is only going to happen so much. Bedwetting is considered normal until age 7-8. I've got a 5y that is  currently in the GoodNights that Lynn talked about. It is the only thing that keeps her bed (or mine) dry.Â
