Hi everyone,

I'm hoping you can help me.  My son turned three in October and has been going to a local Montessori school.  But he's not potty-trained yet.  On Friday the teacher told me without any warning whatsoever that she will give us December to "master" potty training or he can not come back in January.  (She also gave me a lot of bunk about how he cannot go forward in his development because he's stuck at this stage, and it's because I'm overprotective and "natural.")  So basically I have three weeks -- during the holidays -- to find him a better daycare situation because I must go to work at the beginning of January.  Does anyone know of a good daycare that will help him thrive?  (He's really seemed to go backwards on the potty training since he's been at this school, something I didn't really worry about until now.)  We also are committed to eating organic and non-GMO and it would be great to find a place that would be more supportive than grudging acceptance.

All help appreciated.  Thanks very much.
