Selfish! Selfish! Selfish!

Seriously?   I have been reminded of one of the many reasons I divorced my ex.  At their last visit, I offered to help pay for 2 of them to go to the children's museum, and he needed to pay for himself and one child ($6 a piece).  He doesn't have any money so he always has to ask his parents (he lives with them and is waiting for disability...nother story).  Anyway, they gave him $20.  He showed up to the museum 30 minutes late and after paying for the one child said that he wasn't staying and was going to "get his head on straight".  Upon further questioning, it turned out he was going to the coffee shop to hang out with his new internet girl friend.  Seriously?  He sees our 3 children every other weekend and skips out on them for what could have been 3 hours of fun time with them?  He begged me to help on this and then doesn't even stick around!

I'm so disgusted...but I shouldn't be suprised...it is the story of my entire marriage.

What a loser!  I wouldn't have offered him any money, though.  If he can't afford to pay for anything then he can figure out free activities to do with the kids when he has them.  Surely you have better uses for your money than throwing it into the bottomless pit that is a broke-ass ex.
