What to do with these temps?

Curious as to what others do with temps if you've had a hard time sleeping.

I get up fairly consistently around 7-7:30.  Though anything from 6-8 doesn't really seem to jump out on my chart as out of whack, so I'm not usually concerned about time.  Of course, this month we are TTCing and I'm obsessing, so I'll ask winky.gif

I had a wicked time going to sleep last night... tossing, turning; too hot, too cold; bed, couch, bed again... so I think I fell asleep around 12:30.  Got up at 4;30 to pee, and temped before I got up from the bed.  I had kicked off the covers and was cold.  Temp was 97.5.  Went back to sleep, and DH got up just before 7.  I didn't hear his alarm the first time but apparently he hit the snooze and then got in the shower.  So when the buzzing started again at 7, I stuck the thermometer in my mouth, took 3 steps out of bed to shut off the alarm, and laid back down to wait for the thermometer to stop beeping.  Temp was 98.1.

I'm 8 DPO, so one missed temp at this point isn't a big deal.  But I've had nights like this in the past at more critical cycle points and just wondering what others do with those numbers.  Also, my temp dropped to 97.5 yesterday after being on an upward trend, and I was really hoping I'd get something higher than 97.5 today to give me a little hope AF isn't just around the corner.  Guess I'll have to wait til tomorrow to find out, huh?

Possibly an implantation dip yesterday. I get BFP's the day following a dip so I call it implantation dips. But it could just be nothing. When are you testing? When I start having a rough time temping due to sleep issues I take a melatonin before bed to try and get some uninterupted sleep. But I have an issues waking up at odd times. My temps are all over the place this cycle since I have issues sleeping and waking. The past week or so I have been setting my alarm for 4 am so that I can wake up before I am woke up by something going on in the house. After I temp I just go back to sleep. It has helped make my chart a whole lot more consistant.
