Home Birth Looking For MidWife in Tampa/Brandon Area

Thread Starter

Hello,

I am due to have my second child in April. For my first birth I used midwives that worked out of Tampa general and loved them. However I am still nursing and co sleeping with my little one and a hospital birth would interfear with our routine.

I am looking for recommendations on midwives for a home birth in the Brandon area.

Thank you!

Willing to drive to Lakeland? Check out Labor of Love or the midwives associated with Lakeland OBGYN.

I had my daughter at Labor Of Love in Lakeland; they're awesome!

There's also Sweet Child O' Mine midwifery services in Brandon...  http://sweetchildbirth.com/site/

Kim at Sweet child o mine is awesome. She can be very hands off if that is what you want or more (for lack of a better word) medical. I used her for my last birth and I am using her for this birth too. I highly recommend her!

Labor of Love in Lutz will also do homebirths in the Brandon area. I've had one baby at their birth center and two at home and both were really great experiences.
