lower abdomen pains

Ever since I got off the pill in July, after being on it for 7 years, I can't predict when I'm staring my period. The last few months I've had a little spotting the day before I start, it's a nice little warning to me to get ready. The problem is I always think maybe I'm pregnant towards the end of my cycle because I've have different symptoms than I ever did when on the pill (mostly very tender breast). Also my cycles have gone from 30 days (on the pill) to anywhere between 25 and 27 days

This month things are even more different!

ON CD17 I had cramping and light spotting, I thought aunt flow was coming early until I saw it was a week early!

On CD23 I had SHARP pains in my lower right abdomen. I thought maybe it was my appendix but it would go away for a bit so I figured it was okay (thinking maybe it was gas).

On CD24 I had sharp pains starting in the afternoon and continuing like the day before, butmore mild.

On CD25 (today) So far aunt flow hasn't appeared and the sharp pains came back this afternoon, still not as bad as CD23, thank goodness! But tonight I have this feeling of "fullness" where the pain has been. I'm not sure if this is a pregnancy symptom, or a "normal" period symptom, or a sign of a cyst, or maybe something else...

Has anyone else experienced something like this?

So maybe I'm really sensitive and it was implantation because we went and bought a test this afternoon (CD27) and I got a BFP!!! We will be testing again in the morning since we picked up a 3 pack. Seeing the plus sign was exciting but we are still surprised!
