Selective vacc and school exemption

someone in the family is doing selective vacc and does not intend to do certain vaccines now or in the future. how will she be able to get exemption?

What state does she live in?

If they are in a state that allows religious or philosophical exemptions, they can just sign the waiver & turn it in.  The school won't need to see the vaccine record.
