Just tried out my new machine. I tried to embroidery and I didn't thread the bobbin properly and the thread was wound up all in the bobbin carriage. I cleared all the thread out, correcly threaded the bobbin but now the machine will not pick up the bobbin thread and the needle is hitting the metal under the bobbin carriage. Has anybody had this happen before? Does anybody know how to fix it?
