My name is Paris and though I have been a fan of Mothering.com and practice gentle AP and am semi-crunchy for the last 4 years, I have yet to join the forums! I was going to make it a resolution for new years, but decided that today is the day! A little about me:
I am a happily married mama to a 3.5 year old boy, and we just found out we are expecting number 2 in August. We have our own way of doing life, quite off the beaten path really. We are believers and follow Jesus but do not attend church (sunday mornings are the best time to be at our local playground), we love spending time as a family, reading, making and eating our own food at home, being active, and when it comes to parenting, no spanking, just positive and gentle discipline mixed with co-sleeping and extended breastfeeding (I breastfed for 3+ years) and learning through play.
