FYI - Simply Organic "peppermint flavor"

this may or may not be an issue to someone - I found out the hard way that Simply Organic "peppermint flavor" - contains sunflower oil

I was using only 1/8 tsp. and it EFFECTED the emulsification when whipping egg whites!!!!!!!! (it's doesn't!) 

the oil can cause major baking issue - it is not an extract (alcohol based) and does not work the same as an alcohol extract does

so don't attempt it for meringues and macaroons
