Can any point me to GFCF resources?

My best friend recently received an autism diagnosis for her son. She is eager to try GFCF as she read good things about it. However, she has the most processed diet of anyone I have ever know. They live on Frito Lay and packaged foods, the only vegetable she eats is canned peas.... I would love some resources for her, especially in label reading. She thought a product had to say gluten to have gluten in it, and didn't realize flour is gluten. I have no idea if GF is going to be great for her, but I am sure that paying more attention to the foods they eat will. Thanks in advance!

"Special Diets for Special Kids" is a wonderful resource. (There are two editions).

I would also recommend "The Kid-Friendly ADHD and Autism Cookbook".
