Possible pregnancy on the copper IUD

I have had the copper IUD for a year now and I have never felt this way. For over a week now I have been extremely nauseous (threw up once), dizzy, weak/tired, stomach pain/discomfort and for about two weeks, bad lower back pain. I have taken two pregnancy test both negative and my husband and I can't remember the exact time I had my last period. He thinks I'm pregnant and all I know is that I feel horrible. I don't have insurance till January, so I can't see my OB till then. But I am starting to worry. Has this happened to anyone else? Can you give me advice?

I would hit the ER, pronto. You might be pregnant, or you might have a perforation or an infection or something else equally dismal.

Go to ER, I know its expensive but you could have a ectopic pregnancy, or other things that require immediate help and can't wait two weeks. What brand pregnancy test did you take?
