My 13 month old son is severely intolerant to dairy, eggs, citrus, and soy. I'm not so sure about fish even though his GI dr. told me to take it out of his diet when he was 7 months old. I have just recently taken out gluten also. We are still in the first week of taking gluten out. My question is this... What in the world can I give him for breakfast? I've got dinner ideas and lunch ideas, but breakfast... no clue.
Thank you in advance. I don't know anyone in real life that has this same problem. They only have some if any of the same sensitivities and their advice they give still contains bad stuff for my little man. The dairy and eggs one is easy to subsitute. When it comes to soy... if it says the word soy in any form or variation, he has reactions to it and cannot have it. No matter where it lands on the ingredients list.

I'm going to make a seperate post on his actual sensitivities and see if anyone else is going through the same thing.
