"New Posts" button not working

Anyone else having problems with the "New Posts" button? If I click on it at the bottom of a thread it takes me to the top of that page. If I click on it at the top of the page nothing happens.

I'm using Chrome if that makes a difference. I've tried closing the site down and reopening it and I also tried restarting my computer but neither of those things helped.

I'm using Chrome as well and it works fine for me in both places. 

Anyone else having a problem?
