Organic stretch yarn

I am looking into making my own organic yarn, spinning it from cotton or animal fiber, but is there such a thing being sold as organic stretch yarns? is there organic yarns that also have spandex in them is what I'm saying, so that I can knit "baby legs"  Thank you so much and happy holidays!1

I haven't seen that, but I haven't really looked either.  I do know you can buy elastic thread and stitch it into the ribbing top and bottom.  I did that with a favorite sweater (my first one) that had a floppy waistband and collar because the yarn was thick and really heavy.
