I'm slightly conflicted about this. Â Do you tell their full rainbow bridge story at their birthday parties? Â I was planning on doing it somewhat like this... (this is the cliffs notes version, haha). Â Btw, it's a party for both of my DDs, their birthdays are days apart so we always celebrate together.
Â
Two little angels fly from star to star gathering light and love and wisdom etc. Â They look down at earth, see their parents, etc. Â There is a big angel at each star, one big angel helps DD1 cross the rainbow bridge. Â DD2 stays behind and waits for the earth to go twice around the sun. Â A little about DD1's babyhood, then how she calls out to DD2 in a dream, and DD2 joins us earthside after sleeping in her mother's womb.... then tell about how both girls brought light and love to our family. Â Then start the lighting of the candles.....
Â
When N was one year old _____, When N was two years old, _____, etc.
Â
Â
I'm not sure I want to tell the full story- I've read it aloud and it takes about 2 minutes to read, so not terribly long. Â If I don't tell the full story, I'll just do the little vignettes when lighting the candles. Â
Â
What do you do?
