Question regarding testing after trigger shot...

Hello, we have been trying to concieve for 1 1/2 years.. My question is I took the trigger shot on friday the 16th at 7 a.m. I tested on 8dpo and got a faint positive I took it at night so i know it may be off.. I tested 9 dpo in the  morning and got a clear positive ... I tested 10 dpo and got a positive again, darker then yesterday.. Ive never really tested this early.. But if it was residual from the trigger it would be getting lighter not darker right... I called the doc and they said wait till thursday.. Easy for them to say, Im losing my mind.. Thank you for all that replies..

Hi KK - I don't have any experience with the trigger shot, but I think your logic is good... Try to stay cool! Fingers crossed for you. I will also be testing on Thursday.

sounds positive to me, you are right that it would get lighter not darker. I've never tested out my trigger shot- just waited til 12 DPO, but I've heard for most it is out by 10 DPO, again, it would be getting lighter, not darker.
