~This is for the MDC May 2012 Due Date Club only~

 

Sadly our friend Erin is no longer with us in the DDC so I am going to start the birth bead exchange for all of us.

I do not have prior experience with this, but I do feel completely competent that we can all pull this off.

 

Birth Bead Sign up is from today until January 27th when the sign up thread WILL CLOSE. If you would like to send and receive beads please sign up in this thread by posting. SIGN UPS END Friday, JANUARY 27th -please no later!

 

I will personal message those who signed up with the total number of participants (thus the total number of beads to buy) and my PO BOX.

 

You get the beads you would like to send and INCLUDE A SELF ADDRESSED STAMPED envelope/bubble mailer - (the same size as the one you are sending your beads to share in as you will be receiving the same number of beads back.)  to my PO BOX. Out of country mamas feel free to PM me if you can not ship to PO Box

 

Please send your beads and SASE by February 6th 2012

 

I will begin the packaging February 13th and mail the packages on February 15th :) Every one should have a wonderful end of February surprise!

 

You can use the beads for a necklace/nursing necklace or bracelet or for your baby's momento box. Some people make a necklace and use it as part of their focal point during labor. This is a really neat treasure to share with every one.

You can choose anything from the simplicity of pony beads to beautiful hand painted rock beads - participation is more important than how much you spend!
