I had to cut off a couple of letters off the end, but I got it. I see what you mean. It's tough when you've got so many disturbed temperatures. Let's start by looking at CM because it looks like you've got a pretty good pattern there. Your peak day is pretty obviously CD 16 with your fertile window beginning no later than CD 10. Based on CM-only rules, your post-ovulation infertility would begin on the evening of CD 20 (P+4), and given that your temperature appears to be rising somewhat by that time, if I didn't have a need to be extra conservative, I would probably just use the CM-only rule or use it but add an extra day or two just because temps are confusing Basically though, your fertile window would be about CD 10-20, and any intercourse between about CD 12-17 would be pretty likely to result in conception.

As far as temps go, for family planning purposes, we're going to mainly look at the ones that are not disturbed (closed circles), so ignore the open circles for a second. If we draw a low-temperature level at 97.9, which is pretty conservative since we're not shaving any temps due to so many disturbed temps, then we get a temperature rise beginning sometime after CD 18 and before CD 22. When you include the disturbed temperatures, it appears that you have a temp rise starting around CD 19, but it's hard to pinpoint because so many of the temperatures are off. As I said in my first post, it wouldn't be that strange for a temp rise to begin a few days after peak day, and I would guess that you ovulated around CD 17 or 18 based on this sympto-thermal chart.

If you wanted to wait for a sympto-thermal rule for determining post-ovulation infertility, you really have to ignore all the disturbed temperatures. If you are using the cover line method, you would draw your cover line at 98.0, and then you're looking for 3 undisturbed temperatures over it in a row, and you don't get that until CD 26 only because that is the soonest that you have 3 undisturbed temperatures in a row. If you're looking at low and high temperature lines, you would draw your LTL at 97.9 and your HTL at 98.3, and I would feel very comfortable considering you infertile on CD 25 because you have 3 consecutive undisturbed temperatures (on non-consecutive days) at or above the HTL, and coupled with it being so far past peak day, I just can't see any way pregnancy would be possible after then.
