Heavy belly pressure?

Am I the only one who feels like her organs are going to fall out every time she stands up? Basically, when I first get up there's a lot of pressure in my lower abdomen and on top of my hips, almost like my belly is too heavy. I'd be worried about pelvic floor issues except that I have no incontinence (unless violently vomiting, but who doesn't?) and it seems higher than where a pelvic floor issue would be. I went to 42 weeks last time and NEVER felt like this.

Of course I totally overdid it today, activity-wise. Walked a mile on a treadmill, went shopping in 3 big box stores, cleaned a ton, etc. I've been on my feet all day and I haven't done that in forever.

I get this all the time. I got one of those back brace / belly support bands and it has been helping a lot.

A friend of mine lent me one a few weeks ago when my hips were bothering me and it didn't help. Tried it tonight and suddenly my organs are staying in place. Yay!

I had this in all my pregnancies. Like feeling the heaviness in my pelvic floor, especially when on my feet a lot. I remember my entire crotch going numb in all my pregnancies from the weight. It's normal. I started feeling it a little bit in this pregnancy, but no where near how bad it gets near the end from what I recall.
