Good morning - I'm new to the forums.  I am not ttc'ing, but have in the past - just tracking cycles.  I was diagnosed with unexplained infertility in my early 20's.  My cycles were twice a year if I was lucky.  Things have changed, i'm down in weight and having avg 35 day cycles.  :)

Everything seemed regular until shortly before christmas.  AF was on time for xmas  however, it ended up being 10-11 days in duration (typically i'm 5-6 days).  I've never had AF this long however, it was the same as normal until day 7 where it was just light for the remaining days.  (I wasn't stressed during the holidays, that wouldn't have caused it)

CD 2 was sick with a cold,

CD 5 slept for almost 36 hours with a few breaks. - maybe the flu?

CD 7 I became extremely irritable, and had constant headaches almost every day that wouldn't go away.  Even DH noted it was worse.

CD 9 I thought something was up and took HPT (-)

CD 12 I got a UTI and dr prescribed antibiotics

CD 10-13 have been more tired than normal, napping/resting after work.

CD 13 I discovered a small red/purplish cluster of veins in bb - I have never, ever had this.  This almost disappeared a few hours after I noticed it, and with all the other stuff happening, it made me think maybe I should retest?

So, since AF came, i'm not really sure what to think - is my being sick messing up AF, or should I really take another test?  Is there a valid reason to, or am I just reading into this too much?  Has anyone else experienced an extended AF?  I'm so confused.
