- soy yogurt with oats, maple syrup, banana
- half a cheese dumpling soup, small salad
- watermelon + grapes
- a handful of nuts, oats and raisins
- summer rolls (un-fried / raw ) + peanut sauce
- a mango with a little coconut sweet rice
Im finding it really hard to eat meals lately, I sort of just snack all day.. my stomach seems to have no room in there, if I eat beyond a few bites Im often getting bad reflux.. its horrible.
