I was reflecting on potential resolutions last night and while I have, as ever, a laundry list of things I could do or be *better *... It struck me that 2012 holds, for me, a lot of reasons to be grateful. I'll finish my long-desired degree, start a new job I'm very excited about in a field I find rewarding, possibly move to a new house with some land (finally!), and of course... Raise my son through the first year of his life. There will be a handful of challenges along the way (single parent two days a week while I travel for my practicum, trying to sell our current house in a weak market, etc), but overall... I'm really looking forward to this year. However, as one might guess by the intent of this thread, I have a tendency to lose the present by focusing on the future. So.
My resolution for 2012 is to ENJOY IT.
I'm also going to participate in the year of decluttering (2012 items in 2012), mostly because it will ease a potential move! =)
What, if anything, will be your resolution this year?
