Happy New Year!

So, my first full year apart from ex-DP. I survived his filing suit for sole custody and him winning the first court battle through lies (but losing the second one badly once I had a chance to put actual facts in the record), and him not willing to mediate and us hemorrhaging money we don't have for a fight he can't win.  Despite that, my kids are thriving, I am not altogether unhappy, my job is going pretty darn well (I moved for this job almost a year and a half ago), and there are oh so many reasons to be grateful.  And I have reasonable but happy hopes for 2012.

Happy New Year! Parts of 2011 presented more challenges than I would have liked, but I shall remember most the many blessings, delights, and wondrous things that came to be. Wishing those I care about and others around the world a 2012 that has a perfect mix of joy, abundance, adventure and tranquility. Peace.

Well... I wanted to quit smoking but I am still smoking- going to talk to dr about it this week see if I can take one of those quit smoking pills.... boyfriend and I were going to do it together we have talked about it for weeks and weeks and we both bailed on the plan last night. So that has me down-

Kids had a great time... we fell asleep tho and they had to wake us up lol.
