We will be way down south Illinois on the way to Missouri and them it looks like we will be passing right by you on the way to Chicago for pride.

Awesome!!  Need a place to stay the night?  You're welcome to!

Jealous of the potential meetup in IL, Jaimee and Sara!  PNW ladies, we need to plan something!  orngbiggrin.gif

So what's too cold to take baby out in?  Today it's 15 degrees with a wind chill down to -1.  It's snowing and beautiful, but too cold for Avery, right?  I'd put him in the moby and put a coat on around him, but still his face would be partially exposed.

Like my play group?  ;)  I'm totally down, what are you thinking?

LOL yes just change the time for me haha!  DS sleeps from 11-2! :-)  I suppose if DH is off on a Tuesday I could leave him here with DS1 and bring Dylan :-)

Maybe when it warms up a bit we could do a park date or something- maybe the Seattle/WA mamas are willing to come join us?

I would!  I have some friends in Portland I could stay with for a night even.

Shut up with your meet ups, all of you!

...off to pout in a corner...

How many of us are there in the Seattle/W. WA area?

Yes, you should come sometimes, even if it's just you and Dylan. There has been a baby-boom in our group and now there are 4 infants (not including yours) that come on a regular basis.

I still can't believe that O takes a 3 hour nap though!  Our nap schedule is all over the place and Olivine is at a point now that if she misses her nap it's okay.  My DS was done napping entirely by 2.5yo, so you're pretty lucky!  We could totally plan something for this summer and make a day of it.  I think that there are probably 10 mamas in the Oregon and Washington area.  Our babies will be more interesting by this summer too.

Ahem, Jaimee- do you have some news to share??????

Mildly jealous of the meetups too!

Joanie and others who are struggling with inadequate help--I hope you get some relief soon!  I remember with my first babe, my then-dh worked 3rd shift and slept pretty much all the rest of the time--and even with my mother in the same house, I felt completely and utterly overwhelmed.  he wasn't even a fussy babe--but WOW.  so, yeah.  big hugs to y'all. hug2.gif

Ollie was 13lbs7oz....umm, two weeks ago?  I dunno how long he is, but he's comfortable in 6-9m clothes.  some 3-6 fit, but not all of them--and none of the footies under 6m size look comfortable on him.  He'll be 2m on the 18th luxlove.gif

I think I've gained weight since going back to pre-preg numbers at 1-2 wks postpartum.  I know my body tends to be heavier when nursing, but it's irritating to have so many clothes and virtually none that fit.

Oh--and the potty craziness at my house seems to be on the mend!  We bought him his OWN potty seat (instead of sharing his sister's tinkerbell seat--that should have been obvious--go mama) bag.gif, and while he still wants to run around naked all the time, he's not going on the floor anymore either!  Of course, now he wants to wipe himself too, and that's proving to be interesting as well--yikes!  "Let mama help to make sure you're clean!"  yikes2.gif

If it's about France, it's one of those Facebook things. Something about breast cancer and your birthday.

Oh for the love.  I hate those things (sorry!) haha!  You got me, Jaimee!

I know, I know... I debated for a while about whether I would post that or not.  It's a particularly alarming/exciting one compared to past years.  And I haven't seen hardly anyone else posting so it really just looks like I'm going to France.  LOL.  Which I'm not.

Shucks, I was really hoping for a good story.  I was also jealous, lol!

Hey ladies- you want to make a facebook group where we could stay in touch that way too?
