Stevi! That's so exciting! I'm crossing my fingers big time for you and sending you tons of fertile vibes!

Hadleymunroe - So good to see you here! Hopefully this cycle is much smoother for you.

skeemama - Welcome! Good to have you here, this is a fantastic group of supportive ladies. Sending lots of sticky thoughts your way!

dbl - How's the diet going? That sounds like a fab way to start the new year! I think I'm going to do the same, once our last house guest has gone as it's tricky to do so when I still feel like I'm on holiday mode! I'm sorry to hear about the car though, ugh that's such a bummer - cars are so frustrating!

jpack - cool, I'll start the workout checkins this Wednesday! As for being told to exercise less, not really aside from a friend who was losing a ton of weight and working her body into the ground so it just became unsafe. But that's a pretty extreme scenario so if you're healthy and exercise is your release then I can't see an issue with it at all!

ArtificialRed - I've recently been given a prescription from my naturopath but haven't started it yet as I'm waiting until CD1. It's called something different here but it's the same thing from what I can tell. It was prescribed for me due to my longer cycle lengths, although from this charting round it looks like I'm not O'ing too late and my luteal phase so far looks good so I'm not sure if I'll take it or not.

mamaforever - Welcome back, I'm so sorry to hear about your loss :( I hope you've had a bit of a restful break and I'm really glad we can all be here to support you in the continuation of your TTC journey.

cassandraz - I've added you to the list!

Maman - Good to see you! Hope you're well :)

AFM - Enjoying an extended holiday period with lots of visitors, which is so good for taking my mind off the 2WW. I still don't feel sure if I O'd on CD16 or CD24 like TCOYF says. If it was earlier, I guess my chart might be triphasic? Hanging tight and I'll see what happens soon I guess!

Jeslynn- hoping for your BFP!

So who uses Vitex? Which supplement do you take or was it a prescription? If this isn't my cycle I really want to try taking it because I want to know if it would help with my migraines any (because I know they're often hormone related) and of course to help me get pregnant! Do you take it only up to O or your whole cycle?

I have a bottle of the Vitex & I was all set to take it until the lady from the nutrition shop said not to with the rest of my vitamin cocktail.....isn't a precursor to progesterone?  I am taking pregnenolone instead.  (again the nutrition lady said that was a better fit for me)

Well, I have been so faithful on the vitamins & progesterone & charting and nothing yet...I had a clear +OPK, now the wait.

doularebekah, yes, the car dying was a bummer, but we replaced it with a Prius, so now instead of a car that's eating oil and gas, we've got something much cleaner.  I can live with that ;-)  And the diet is going fabulously!  I've set myself up with rewards for week by week success, but the way I'm feeling (GREAT!) is the best reward and it's only day 3!

Stevi, good luck!!!!!

skeemama, do you mind my asking what vitamins you're taking?  I take B6, B12, iron and D.  I think that's all, but some days I feel like it's more!  I have Vitex in my cabinet, and I am waiting for my next CD1 to start it.

AFM, my chart is so totally wacky this month.  I'm not sure how many DPO I am and I think we missed the best timing, but I'm ok with that.  I'd like to keep up with this diet and get my body on track in the next couple of months.

Well.. Im glad I decided to OPK this morning.. based on past cycles I usually O from CD16-20 and 18 being average.. happen to test this morning and got a pos. so now my shots are slim this month.. bleh.

Stevi: My fingers AND toes are crossed for you! I hope this is your cycle!! Good Luck ::hugs::

Sorry Irish.

5dpo here and just starting to think about it. I o'd a few days later than normal and so I'm a bit doubtful. When we've been successful it's been on O day. BUT chart looks nice so far so I am just enjoying that. BFPChart2.gif

Unhappily DH told he the other day that he thinks he only wanted another baby b/c he's been depressed. That it would give him something to look forward to. He has struggled with moderatre depression before, but was hiding it pretty well this time. Now I am sorta torn about what I want to happen this cycle (not that I can control it at this point). I want a baby, but depression isn't something that I imagine improving with the burdens of a 4th child. He's a wonderful husband and father, and I know we'd be fine. I'm just feeling a little dimmed now.

Looks like a lot of good vibes out there this week. Can't wait to start seeing some BFPs and dreaming of September babies.

My last pregnacy I got a strong BFP by 9dpo, so I imagine I'll be obsessing by Saturday. Going to try not to spend too much money though!

My super donor is gone, and my cm seems to be going creamy. I'm wondering if I should hit up one of my other donors today, or just call it a cycle. I could not confirm with temping since my sleep was all messed up.I could be ovulating today though, as sometimes my ewcm dries up on the day I ovluate, and I used to get positive OPKs the day before ovulation (I got a positive yesterday). I'm torn between doing the donor shuffle and going back to my normal everyday life! LOL

Stevi, I am hoping for you from the bottom of my heart!

AHH MAmaFran I am so excited for you!! COngrats and hopes to a sticky bean!!!

MamaForever- Ha ha- I'm Baaaackkk...LOL I will get more into this in a second but good to see you are still here :) Hopefully this journey is short for you and you end up with another Stickier bean this time :)

So I was like MamaForever, here every now and then to pop in and say hello. Had gotten Preggers last year in Aug and then lost the baby in mid/late Sept... then hubby said he didn't want any more kiddos and my heart was broken...:(   So I hadn't mentioned anything about kids for a longggg while (hubby said that around Oct/Nov) and a friend came over in Dec and was commenting about our neighbors and if they wanted another baby- I conveniently threw in there that " I want another one" and hubby just laughed (a good laugh not the kind that makes your heart fall out your butt) and then a few days later we were out to breakfast and saw a freshie (that is what him and I call Newbies...or new babies) and I just was ooing and ahhing and made another comment how, "I want one..." and he said yes!!!!!! Maybe not right away (even though now I totally have the bug, even though really it never went away) but YEA he said yes :))))))))) joy.gifSo I would like to be moved to WAITING TO KNOW even though I know there is no chance this month.

Thank you ArtificialRed!

Fertility Friend said today that my chart looks triphasic! I'm still getting BFN's but, I know that I usually get BFPs after 12 DPO so I'm holding on and hoping!

Stevi, Good Luck! Sounds like perfect timing!

Sorry, Mom2IrishBoys, what a pain. At least you kinda know why if it doesn't work.

Dblemyluv, Good luck with the diet, glad it's going well, and super cool about the Prius!

Doularebekah and Jeslynn, FXed for a triphasic chart! And yes, it's great to have distraction over the 2ww!

Regarding Vitex, I take it. I started last cycle (maybe near the beginning). Everyone (including the packaging) says it's gentle and works gradually. I had a really whacked out PMS situation this last period. It was not like anything I had ever experienced before: brutal cramps, nausea, light-headedness and crazy fatigue. I thought maybe it had been a chemical pregnancy or something else that caused an extreme hormonal imbalance. I saw my chiropractor in the middle of it, and she has taken vitex and thought it probably did cause my "situation". I found it hard to believe since it has a reputation of being really gentle. I still have no idea what happened -- or the extent to which it was or was not related to the vitex. Other than that, I was only taking the B -complex. And I haven't given up the Vitex (so maybe I'm not even convinced there is a relationship). Something tells me whatever had to get balanced did get back in balance, so maybe it was something I needed. I'll let you know if it happens again. I'd love to know if anyone else had a similar experience on vitex. I've had a decent looking chart this month and so here's hoping it's all helping..

Wahoo, Stevie! Fingers crossed!

dbl - So happy to hear you're feeling so good! Inspiring :)

Oh Angie, I'm sorry to hear that - that'a pretty rough hug2.gif Do you think it was maybe something said in the moment? I really hope you can have a restful and as stress free as possible 2WW.

gratefulstella - So great to hear about you being back on the journey! I've added you to back to the roll call :)

jeslynn - Hooray, triphasic buddies! How's the wait going?

jpack - Thanks for the luck! Thanks also for the info about Vitex, it's interesting to hear how other people have gone on it. I've heard before (perhaps in this group?) that it can mimic pregnancy symptoms, so that's not surprising you had that reaction. You're right though, hopefully it's just going to smooth out this cycle.

Seems like there's quite a few of us on the 2WW at the moment, baby dust to you all!

Doularebekah and Skeema- thank you for chiming in, I think I'm going to wait until I can talk to a doctor about it, but I really think it might help with my migraines because I have the fewest migraines during LP, so maybe if my progesterone is a little more stable all the time I'll get fewer migraines!

Jpack- that's an interesting theory about the vitex. How large is the dosage??

Gratefulstella- yay! That's exciting!

Stevi- hoping this is your cycle!

AFM I really like the way my TCOYF chart looks, but it's considerably different than my FF. Partially because I have a different O day on the two, and partially because I let TCOYF adjust my temp for different waking times. Does anybody else let TCOYF do that? I've also been fighting the urge to test tonight, but my original plan was to wait until Saturday...I just have a good feeling about testing tonight. Ahh! I just need somebody who wants to listen to my chart raving! lol

Oh, and as I sit here eating a cupcake, I have no workouts to report this Wednesday...whistling.gif

Definitely next week!

dbl_my_luv,

I love ur handle!

I am taking B complex, omega III, folate, Vit D3, pregnenolone, progesterone cream (from O to Day 1), 750 mg of Vit C, Rainbow prenantals, bone meal,

a greens supplement, a kidney tincture from the TCM acupuncturist....that is all I can think of right now.

No soda, no dairy, fairly clean diet, lots of juicing (veggies mostly), drink lots of water....

Any suggestions?

Ha, Red! I was just thinking about how I hadn't started the check in off.....as I was eating a gigantic ice-cream. Oh well, it's the holidays - next week for sure! I think I'm going to have a look around at some workout classes I might want to take tonight so I'll be all ready to go. I use TCOYF also, and do let it override and adjust temps, etc. I figure that FF can be all the raw data as is, and then TCOYF can play around with it and I'll just compare. Which is good but they're so different this cycle!

FF - http://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/2244a1

I'm not sure what to think, but I guess either way I've ovulated. I'm going to try and hold off testing until at least the weekend just in case the second O date is correct.

MamanF-  Thanks. :)  Big CONGRATS to you, by the way!!!  How exciting!  I am sending lots of sticky sticky vibes to you!

doularebekah-  Your link didn't let me see the TCOYF chart- saying I didn't have permission.  Your FF chart is looking good, though!  Sending you threadkeeper's luck!

Stevi-  Yay that you got a chance with your super donor again!  I'm crossing my fingers, toes, and whatever else for you!

Mom2IrishBoys-  sorry about the early timing of the + OPK.  But at least there's still a shot since you caught the surge!

Angierae-  Chart looks very nice. :)  Sorry to hear about DH- that sounds like a tough situation and I hope things get better with him soon. :(

gratefulstella-  Yaaaay for you being back!  I am just so thrilled for you! :)

Artificialred-  If you have a good feeling about testing tonight, then go for it!  I hope to see a nice pic of pretty double lines from you!

AFM-  I think I'm imagining pg symptoms.... it's something I'm known to do - just ask my DH haha! :)  I've been feeling very hot during the night (I'm usually cold!) and I've been hot at work and I've had terrible burping mostly in the mornings (sorry tmi!).  I'm only 8 or 9 dpo though so these just can't be related to pg, can they???!!!  I have some internet cheapies, but I'm too scared to take one this soon because I hate seeing BFNs.
