Bejeweled, cotton candy sounds lovely! Especially combined with all the pool time you and your daughter are having; what a summer!
We 'rescued' a puppy from exceptionally trashy and awful pet owners across the street, and it might just be the straw that breaks me. I had a job interview yesterday, my boyfriend from his first day of double-booking his new job and school (school ends in three weeks) and my house is just refusing to stay clean. In a backwards turn of events, my children have been out of the house a lot, with their father and at preschool, and I am missing them while simultaneously being too busy too appreciate them when they are home.
Phew. Thank you for letting me get that out. I am actually very happy with where life is headed, I am just overwhelmed with school, work, and transitioning to the potential of not being self-employed. On the upside, yesterday I;
~vaccummed everywhere
~did laundry
~put away clothes
~went to the gym (and I am hearing about it rfom my legs today!)
~put another sundress into the mending box, for the last two hand-sewn seams.
~ate healthy!
~did all of the dishes
~Aced a job interview!
Today I...
~Woke up at 5 and made partner/BF breakfast before his work shift
~Wetnt back to bed and snuggled with two little girls and two dogs in bed (Sometimes I miss cosleeping- then there's a dog on my feet and two children pushing me off the bed and I remember that all things are good in MODERATION)
~Made breakfast for my girls and tidied a bit
~Hung up all of my clothes from laundry and also too many daily changes
~Am wearing a skirt around the house because it feels nice
~Starting my emails and more chores, so my super-tired BF doesn't come home to chaos and dirt
~Will CONSIDER doing some outside chores since he is so busy. Maybe.
Have a wonderful day!
