Saturday we are going to the beach and chuck e chess es to kick off the new year..

Thing already done today:

home schooling: handwriting, scriptures, read aloud, math, social studies

morning clean up

homeschooling: music, phonics, art project

Weekly chores: living room and kitchen

laundry- 3 loads, fold and put away clean items- 1 done

finish sewing 4 skirts for the girls.. my oldest needs to STOP growing!!

put dinner in crock pot

read scriptures and write in journal (want to remember to start this up again)

Hello, everyone! I didn't even come close to finishing my list yesterday. Ds3 never went down for his nap (and drank food coloring dizzy.gif) and we ended up meeting my dad and niece at the park, so our day was thrown off schedule.

So far today I:

-went to the bakery

-returned something at Walmart

-picked up a few things at the store

-put laundry away

-swept

-vacuumed

I still need to:

-take ds1 to karate

-do dishes

-wipe down the bathroom

-return a Redbox movie

-type out ceremony readings

-start working on game/puzzle shelves

Hi everybody ,

this morning I put some bread in the bread machine , made breakfast for baby , 2-year-old and me , washed some  clothes , emptied and filled the dishwasher , hung up the stuff from the washing machine , filled the washing machine one more time , then played with little ones , put them down for a nap and started on cleaning the spare bedroom aka the computer room aka the trash dump area and I was on such a roll , that I actually finished and now I am so proud of myself .

I just want to stand in the door and admire it all the time   joy.gif

Other than that , did about ( what seems like ) 15 more loads of laundry , made lunch , made dinner , fed the dogs , cleaned dog poop in the yard , made some oatmeal cookies ....

One thing , I found to be so inspirational to myself , is when I write down , what I did on a particular day .

I sometimes feel , like I haven´t accomplished anything and it really helps me to see it in black and white , since many times, I think " wow , I did get SOMETHING done "

Oh yes , it´s great , and the best part is , I am on such a high now from accomplishing it , that I kept going this morning .

At this rate , the whole house will sparkle in no time biggrinbounce.gif

That's awesome, Tonttu! Congrats! I love the feeling of accomplishment I get from finishing a whole room.

This evening we're joining the ILs for a day and a half of camping, so I need to get our stuff ready to go. I need to:

-find the air mattress (pretty sure it's in the basement)

-pack extra clothes & shoes for everyone

-charge the camera

-clean out the car & top off the gas tank

-return stuff to library

-put trash & recycling at curb

-do a load of laundry

-sweep/vacuum floors

-tidy up

-dishes

And I just checked my calendar and realized we signed up to attend a magic show & end-of-summer picnic at the library in an hour and a half, sooo add that to the list.

Have a good day!

Okay , got some quick before - dinner shopping done , fed the baby and managed to hang up a load of laundry while dinner was cooking  .

Just started the second load and while that is in the wash , start working on the pile , that is sitting on top of my freezer .

I HATE it , when stuff pileds up , there , especially since I can´t even open it anymore now , it´s so full ! irked.gif

So , today is definitely the day for that project !

If only I could get off mothering to get started eyesroll.gif
