Can we block ~certain~ ads?

It is not in my budget to become an MDC supporter right now...although I will try in the future.

But is it possible to block certain ads from appearing in scrolls above our posts?

Specifically I would like Backcountry.com not to appear when I'm on here.  I have a shopping problem and this website is my weakness.  Now they are flashing all my favorite items constantly while I am on here.

You can show me yoga gear and homeschooling stuff and mothering items all day long and I'm fine...but backcountry is really bothering me.

I believe Firefox comes with an ad blocker, and you might want to try clearing your cookies; if you've shopped at that website before, that's probably why the ads keep showing up for you.
