Homebirth in NJ- Tricare Standard, please help!

Hello, my fiance and I are planning for our second child, he is in the Army Reserves. We want to do a homebirth and have just recently learned that Tricare Standard will pay for 85% of the cost!

Now the real issue is deciding on a quick, makeshift wedding just for the insurance benefits, but that's another thread haha.

So, what I desperately need help with, can anyone help me find a midwife that's in network with Tricare in the Southern NJ area? I have tried to do the online tool on Tricare's website but all of the contact information for the midwives is outdated/incorrect, so I'm sure there's gotta be someone out there!!

I need to find an in network midwife ASAP, because I can't go through with a court house wedding unless I know for sure it will benefit us financially!

Also, can someone please explain to me what out of network providers are?

we just moved from McGuire AFB, and we had a homebirth there with midwifery care associates, they travel to the base :)  Pam and Louise are very nice and supportive, really loved them, especially for being CNMs, they were very hands off and let me do what I needed!  Good luck to you!
