I guess these are not particularly healthy, but healthier than some recipes I've seen. I'd like to try 1/2 oats, 1/2 WW flour next time. Not sure what to sub for buttermilk if you are vegan?
Vegan buttermilk sub - just add a splash of vinegar or lemon juice to a milk sub and let it curdle for a few minutes.Â
