Breakfasts vary from person to person but include-

Eggs and Veggies

Breakfast tacos (the rest of the family do eat corn tortillas)

leftovers

smoothies

yogurt with honey

 

Lunches are usually-

leftovers

chopped salads

sexy food (lol.  canned fish, fermented veggies, fresh fruit and/or veggies, cheese, hb eggs, etc on a plate)

eggs

smoothies

 

Dinner for the next two weeks...2/7-2/21

 

7-not sure yet, this is coop day

8-eating at moms, I work evening

9-Jason grills (extra meat for lunches)

10-eating at moms, I work

11-Pizza (chebe crust, I'll eat chipotle burrito bol out, as I have a teacher training weekend)

12-roast chicken, vegetables, salad.  Start perpetual broth

13-leftovers, chopped salad, vegetable

14-Valentines!  salad with hearts of palm, bacon wrapped chicken hearts, stead, baked taters

15-baked potato soup (with bacon), chopped salad

16-Roast in crock pot- beef

17-leftover roast/tacos

18-Slow soup

19-Roast chicken, veg etc.  Start perpetual broth

20-Chopped salad, deviled eggs

21-coop day. ?
