Homebirth w/ vbac in Chicago - are there any options left?

Does anyone know of a midwife who will attend a VBAC homebirth in Chicago?

My first DD was a vaginal birth in 2007 and my second was a c/s due to breech in 2009.  I've been told I'm a good candidate for a VBAC.  I will otherwise be going to Swedish Covenant with their midwives.. but homebirth is something I really want to do if possible.

During my last pregnancy, Jen at A Woman's Place was the only one I could get ahold of.  She's moving her practice to Canada- so that's not an option.

Doula recs are also welcome!

Btw, I'm on the northwest side of Chicago.

Hey WindyCityMom, I was wondering if you were able to find any valuable info about your questions. I am a chicago native  living in san francisco and wish to be home for my birth but im having very little luck with figuring out how midwives/cnm's/doulas work here. I'd appreciate any help! thanks!
