Same here, Zippy. I still have my linea nigra. *sigh* It's not as prominent as before but it's still totally visible. My linea nigra went all the way down by pubic area too. Not very attractive. lol

They go away after 6 months? I still have mine, but I love it.  It only goes 3/4 way up my stomach, but it still makes me smile.

Yeah, it definitely goes away at some point. I know I didn't have the line when I got pregnant with dd2. That was when dd1 was 20 months.

I lost 5 lbsjoy.gif

I've lost five pounds, too!! energy.gifI am now 25 pounds under my pre-preg weight.

I was stuck at the same weight since the beginning of the year and I've been doing a strict 30 day clean eating challenge and I am on day 8 today and I've lost 5 pounds! I guess I was eating enough 'bad stuff' to halt my progress because I'm not holding back in the amounts of foods I'm eating, but I'm just eating true whole foods - nothing packaged or pre-made. Except for coconut milk and almond butter.

Looking forward to see how much I lose in the 30 days!

Great job, Christina! thumb.gif

I fit into my pre-pregnancy jeans today! OMG!!!! energy.gif It was a total surprise. I don't think I even fit into this particular pair of jeans right before I got pregnant... They were too tight to comfortably wear. I weigh like 15 lbs more than I did when they actually fit me as good as they do now, so I'm even more ecstatic that I've clearly not only lost weight but replaced a lot of fat with muscle! Woohoo! I'm officially down 37 lbs from my highest pregnancy weight.

joy.gif Oh happy day! Progress progress progress!

I cut out fast food a week ago. I don't know what it's doing to my weight, but I know I feel amazing! I'm gone so much that it was just easy to grab food on the go, on the way to school, work, home, etc. Now I pack my lunch. So instead of McDonald's everyday, I'm having apples, yogurt, sandwiches, etc. Once my body gets used to this new food system I've got, and quits telling me I'm hungry every 23 minutes (LOL), I plan on running. I'm down to my pre-p weight, but I'm sooo squishy. It's so gross.

Awesome, Nicole! I feel you on the squishiness. And I bet I've got you beat... my 31 year old butt and thighs are not looking so hot right now! I have got to start doing something to help this! I can't run, so I walk a lot. I'm in physical therapy for my knee, so I have those exercises to do. Nothing is helping so far, though...

Anyone have any recommendations for low-impact, low-material, low-time-commitment, extremely cheap exercise activities? I have a heart condition so I can't do anything high-impact, and I am poor, so I can't afford classes etc. All I can come up with is walking. And have you ever tried to walk for exercise with an opinionated 3-yo? Yeesh.

Community pool or aquatic center?

How is everyone doing?

Running/walking/working out has been going well here.  I have been at my body's usual weight for a while now but running is really helping to tone everything up :-)  I'm really pleased because I could tell fairly quickly that there was a huge difference.  I feel awesome.  I have noticed that my diastasis recti is almost completely gone as well.  WIN!  I've been doing some baby yoga-type exercises with Dylan, and lunges when he is in the carrier :-)  We have been walking more, and did that one long torturous hike a few weeks ago, haha!  It feels good to be getting out and being active.  I'm really motivated to look my best now that I am done having kids!  I want my body back, haha!

Very little activity going on over here besides walks with the baby sometimes. duh.gif I lost my motivation. If anybody finds it, please let me know? Sheepish.gif I'm creeping back up in weight. AHHH!

My weight is still steadily falling. I still have 2-5lbs more to lose to be at my pre-preg/goal weight.  I'm pretty much fitting into all of my jeans now, which is nice.  I'm walking a few times a week, but generally haven't been as active as I should be.  So much to do, so little time!

I've been running again.  Just got a jogging stroller off craigslist yesterday, too!  I'm very excited about that.  All my old clothes fit, though many things don't look the same - I still have a tiny lower-belly pooch, but it's seriously tiny and I probably am the only person who notices.  The biggest difference remains my huge boobs - they change the look of many outfits and make it impossible to wear a lot of my old shirts, but it's no big deal.  My favorite pre-pregnancy jeans are actually too big right now, but that may be in part because I've worn them to death.  I'm really happy with where my body is right now.  I haven't weighed myself in quite some time, though, and don't plan to anytime soon.

I quit weighing myself.  BUT me and DH started doing the Insanity workout a few weeks ago and it has melted INCHES off of me!  I officially fit into my goal pants.  Highly recommend it!

I started counting calories and have lost 13 pounds. I'm 6 pound from my pre-pregnancy weight!

Ugh! My joints are so out of whack right now. It sucks. I can not do any activity with any sort of impact or I will be in a lot of pain. I'm in physical therapy right now, but it's slow going. So I am not getting any kind of toning exercise. My weight is fine, but I am flabby. All I can do is some yoga/ stretching and walking. Oh well... hopefully that will change soon.

I'm sorry Amanda!  What about pilates?
