sleep herbs safe for pregnancy
A calcium/Magnesium supplement works well for me. I actually consider it a sleep aid and take it at night about an hour before I go to bed.
I have a couple of times taken Tylenol PM, when the pregnancy insomnia was kicking my butt in the very beginning. I normally don't take anything for anything, but the lack of sleep was becoming a problem a couple of times.

last night i did not get out of my bed, even when i woke up having to pee. i may have woken up a few times, but not getting out of my bed kept me from being awake 2+more hours in the middle of the night. :D
