blah greensad.gif i was doing well and now i am nauseas all day and the thought of food just makes me ill. I seem to be ok with bland things like toast but even that only lasts so long. I just feel like laying around all day. plus it is affecting my sleep b/c when I turn i get nauseas again.

Hopefully this will go away in a few weeks. i am done complaning now...any newly preggo mamas going through this?

I am right there with you mama. I'd lie in bed all day if I could.

Hang in there! More than likely it will get better. Just try and get the best nutrition that your body can handle. When I am at your stage in pregnancy I usualy go into survival mode. Then when it's over (Typically 16 or 17 weeks) I feel so much better. Then I forget about it and move onto the other pregnancy stuff. Good luck!

i had all these plans to eat healthy and stay in shape during t his pregnancy and I feel like I am throwing it all away. I really hope this dies down in a few weeks. I have noticed that as the day goes on it gets worse and I end up vomiting around 7 pm.

anyway...how is everyone else?

Hugs to you.  I was just there a few weeks ago and now I feel like a whole new person.  The days and weeks just drag on when you are feeling crappy.

I feel better when I take 50 mg of B6 once or twice a day.  My m/s is only moderate, though.

My clients have benefitted from ginger tea or if they want other natural support, they will consult with me.  I normally would recommend enzymes, homeopathy, and a healthy change in diet.

Take good care,

Nicole
