Anyone ever used a personality test when hiring child care?

I just found this website and it sounds intriguing. http://www.take-care.me/ Has anyone used or wished they used something similar?

The website intro says:

Use NannyTest to:

Bullet 14 Gain a better insight into the personality and traits of a potential caregiver

Bullet 14 Identify risks related to violent behavior, drugs, alcohol, truthful reporting,
  theft and more

Know more, choose better and reduce risk.

I don't know... I think it might be better to go with your gut than to trust a test.

Yeah, I'd go with my gut, along with reference tests and a criminal background check.

Ha - spoken from people who have gone with their gut and had it work out in the past...the opposite of me! :-)

In all honestly, I find tests like that a bit ridiculous and pseudo-sciencey. They're not scientifically validated, and more to the point, people know what their answers are supposed to be, and if there are stakes attached like getting a job, they lie. I think the other problem with tests like that is they can give you a false sense of security.

Realistically, the best indicator of future behavior is past behavior. If you're concerned, run a criminal background check and check references. USe a nanny agency and ask for a candidate who's worked for another client and left on good terms.
