The pregnancy after the abruption

I had a full abruption during labor with baby #3.  Through an amazing set of circumstances/the grace of God it was immediately detected and he is fine.  So now I am pregnant again and I would like to do something (anything) to reduce my chance of this happening again.  My only risk factors, then and now, are age (38) and # of prior pregnancies (now 3).

Im drinking my RRL tea like crazy.  I know that too much vit. E is linked to retained placenta, but I can't find anything linking it to a reduced abruption risk.

Anyone ever heard of anything that might help?

Though my son is fine, he was born nearly dead, needed two transfusion, spent a week in cold therapy, etc.  I'm only 12 weeks along and I'm already freaking out that it might happen again.

Thanks.

From what I've read, I went from a 1 in 1600 chance last time to a 1 in 20 this time.
