Ditto that on positioning. It really affects your labor.

 

Though I will say that even if you do everything you can think of to help a baby into a better position, sometimes you'll still end up with an OP babe. I went the chiro weekly during my whole pregnancy, did yoga, sat on a ball at my desk at work, walked 3 miles a day, did pelvic exercises at night, and still ended up with an OP baby.
