Since this is area specific, I'm hoping it can stay here and not be moved to health and healing. :)

 

Does anyone have experience with their DC and having an MRI at Sick Kids? I have a number of questions, but specifically, did you ask for or were you offered a choice of sedation? Were you allowed to stay with your child? Is it possible they would allow the MRI done without sedation of any kind?

 

My daughter will be 7 and is going for an MRI in the next few months (nothing serious, we hope, but they want to rule out neurological damage before eye surgery).
