Anybody else have back spasms at the end of their pregnancy? I was awake last night having hot flashes and all of a sudden I had the most excruciating waves of pain in my middle and lower back. It went on for fifteen minutes and was followed by an hour of shaking and chills. I'm wondering if the babies hit a nerve. Is this normal?
